I'm new here at this Forum. Great site!!

I've performed lots of Stereo and alarm installations in the past, but never installed a mobile video system before.  If anyone has anything to warn me about or has any advise please fill me in.  Here is what I am about to do.

I just bought a 2004 Ford Expedition.  Also a Rosen All-in-One Mobile Video System.  I would like to install it using the Factory Auxiliary input instead of the FM Modulator but not certain if a adapter is available yet, or if it's not recommended.

Also wondering if anyone knows if there is an existing wiring harness preinstalled for the mobile video that I can tap into, or will I have to run the wires myself.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

DoItYouSelfer

The adaptor is available,(2 rca plugs to 1 input plug) just go to a good electronics shop and they can help... As for factory wiring, some late model cars have a plug for mobile phones that can be tapped into or failing that run some wires from cig lighter or ignition
Hope this helps.....
