I want to know if there is any way I can get the sound though my speakers with out a fm modulator. My monitor has rca outs, can I just get an RCA converter. The reason is I'm taking the factory unit out and putting no other unit in. I don't listen to the radio so no need for one. Please help.

Yes, you need to purchase a unit that has Aux In.  Most Sony units have this.  Simplily connect your rca out from the monitor into the aux in of the head unit and set the unit to Aux
Do it right the first time

I am fairly new to Car Audio but from what i understand i THINK you can just use an amplifier.  I believe most amps have RCA inputs and then power your speakers.  This honestly might be a mot costly fix then using a inexpensive radio with Aux RCA in's and jsut installing it in a hidden place.  Not sure if I am correct, but you might look into that.

Thank you for your help but I just took back my DVD and bought an in dash unit that does everything. It was cheaper than buying a DVD, and unit with aux. Thanks again.
