2004 trail blazer head rest

does any body know if they come off at all im trying to do some 5 inch monitors but it would help if they would come off any ideas how?

there is a small hole in the plastic piece at the base of the head rest insert a straight pick tool or a piece of wire into the hole and the head rest will pull out of the seat.
