Hi:

Does anyone know how to add another video monitor to the factory DVD system in a 2004 Suburban?

Thanks

Only way to add another monitor to the factory dvd, is to splice into the video wire going from dvd to the monitor. (I assume you have a factory drop-down monitor.) I would suggest only doing this if you are comfortable w/ cutting into factory wiring. You should also be familiar w/ soldering, since you will need to solder the wire ends of rca cables to the video wire. It Definitely voids the warranty on the dvd.

Hope this helps

Yes, it is a Panasonic factory unit (GM Rear Seat Entertainment) and I am working on a 2004 Chevy Suburban.
