I am trying to install a sony tv tuner, model #xt-63v, into a 97 honda civic.  i'm not sure which wire i need to connect the tuner and antenna to.  i need to find a 12 v power line which is energized at all times and one that is energized in the accessory position of the ignition switch.  Also, i'm not quite sure how to connect the tuner wires to the energigized wires.  Any help would be appreciated.  Just a reminder, i am a newbie so please explain in english.  thanks again.

The tuner has an antenna input, and output. You need to put your cars antenna into the input, and the output into the back of your stereo. You might have to use an antenna extension or  Y adapter depending on where you put it.

As far as the power goes, I would use the 12v, and ign. wire from your radio. Just make sure you use a Digital Multimeter, and disconnect your negative battery terminal so you don't pop any fuses. Hope this helps. Later
