i have a problem with my 1003.i have read on here and none of teh answers have helped me so id appreciate any help.when i switch it over to auz it wont play the dvd.it just stays as a black screen.i know i got the wires hooked up right because it leaves the security screen and goes to the aux screen.once in there i can access the setup menu but i cannot view the video someone please help me i really need it.

What are you using as a source for the aux.

I have the same problem a black screen, video source is a audiovox DVD, does anyone know?

just hook up your foot brake wire normal to 12 volts when brake is depressed, then hook up the other brake wire to a toggle switch on one side, and the other side of toggle to Ground. Now once this is set there's a sequence you have to do to get screen to come up First press foot brake while holding down foot brake toggle switch on- off on-off twice then release foot brake and guys WE HAVE VIDEO !!!!!!!! now u can also use the switch while u'r driving without using foot brake to toggle between video and security screen ever have a cop car next to u at a red light? Yeah we all have PLease be save while driving, watch the road not the screen ENJOY.........
