I'm goning to take out a 10.2 inch Clarion roof mount screen and wondering if there are any creative ways of capping the hole where the wires went through?  I was thinking of a piece of metal or plastic however want it to be inconspicuous.

Could always look around for a big domelight depending on how big of a hole you had for the tv. Some other alternatives would be a overhead console from a different vehicle. Maybe you've done some vehicles where you had to remove a rear console and may have one laying around. I know the newer toyota sienna rear console is a decent size and pretty flat. Other than that if your looking for cheap just a flat piece of ABS painted with rounded edges would work.. Good luck,
Mike

You could also try covering the ABS with matching headliner material as well.

take down the headliner and redo it - if you have any old pieces of headliner cut one to match the hole and then redo the headliner
