Double Din version of the Avic n1.   I love all the features of the N1 but I can not stand flip out monitors, they were so three years ago lol.  Maybe if we all sent Pioneer an email they could think about it...

I second that, but then again not everyone has a double-din spot on the dash.

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.

Actually most GM's are din and a half. Alot of imports are double din but have a pocket instead of a fullsize double din deck.

that would be a bad idea
i sell only 1 double din screen to about 5 flip outs simply because I LIVE IN AMERICA!
maybe those things sell good in japan but not here dude.
plus the avic kicks ass as a single din

mmm most of the cars i've seen have a single din spot. sure they have a cubby but that's below what the hvac controls, switches. so it is a single din. most cars in general are single din, and that seems to be what people prefer. i mean look how many people get single din units although they is double din ones out there

People tend to trust Pioneer as a leader in a mobile video/navi world and I do not understand how they do not see the potential market they are loosing.  I guess I'm kind of biased because I drive a Tacoma Prerunner.  and I'm looking about picking up a WRX.

The Eclipse 2454 is a nice unit with some great feature but I can not stand the operating system.  It was way too complicated compared to an N1
