Can anyone tell me how to get the sun visors off of a 03 trailblazer

There is a hole in the sun visor bracket.  Insert a metal rod into the hole and turn the visor until the rod drops in the recess.  Then turn the whole assembly until it drops out.  Be careful as it is just plastic and can break if forced.  Here is a link to a GM TechLink on how they instruct their personnel to remove the sunshade:  http://service.gm.com/gmtechlink/images/issues/oct02/TLOct02e.html#sunshade
