I have a customer that has a sony 7" flip down in their 02 caravan. the monitor and DVD did not come with an FM modulator, so we used a universal hardwired FM mod and ran RCA's from the player to get sound. Player works great, monitor looks great.

Here's the problem

When he goes around a corner, there is noise in the system. Its only when he turns that he experiences it. the RCA's are no where near the steering colum.  I don't know whats going on with this. We've re grounded the unit and the problem still exists. We re ran the RCA's and its still there also. ANY HELP?????

something to do with the power steering? if it only happens when he turns corners, just put it in park and turn the wheel to see if that makes the noise.. it would conclude that it not cause he's " turning "...

also re route the rca's straight to the source...just for trouble shooting purposes...if its then gone find a different  route to lay them..
