anyone have some advice... I am rather new to video... is it an AC signal or what??? Any help would be great

you'd have to use an O-scope.

Ok thats kind of what I thought... but is there any other way do find the video output off a harness I have no schemo for??? I think it would be a sheilded type of cable... correct?
