Hi,

I'm an installer with my own shop with a question.

Has anybody else had the same bad luck with Myron & Davis equipment? Problems I'm referring to screens not coming on or blinking on and off during DVD play. Monitors not transmitting audio anymore. DVD players not ejecting, playing or just working as they should. I'm sick of these guys. They are not cooperative as far as repairing items or getting new equipment for customers. It is amazing how they treat people. Sure just send it back. Meanwhile my customer is stuck without their DVD for 3 weeks. Not good. Currently they have 2 DVD in for repair another screen and DVD coming in for repair. With all these shipping charges I'm going broke selling their stuff.

I have a close personal friend that WAS the product rep in my area.....note WAS the rep. They have some of the poorest customer service in the land. My friend is a reputable man, he dumped the line, instead of having to "make excuses" to his customers. One of wich was ME. Cosider replacing the line, nothing much has changed with the company. They are now being "whored out" by a stocking warehouse near seattle. Same problem exist!!!
