i installed two headret tv in my car and there are lines appearing on the screen when the engine is all the way on when i turn off the engine the lines go away a lil bit but they are still there, the picture also gets brighter when the engine is all the way on. i installed a noise filter and it helped a lil but they are still there, i also checked my grounds, changed my power source but nothing completely took it away. i also have a 10.4 inch flip down which the noise filter got rid of the lines completely,  but it wont work for the headrest tv.  wat do i do?

I suggest running your wires for the headrest screens a different way.  Maybe they are close to a ECU computer or something.  I'd also give a video amplifier a try since you mentioned that you also have a overhead dropdown screen.  Maybe the boosted video signal will solve your problems.  Good Luck.

Well if you are running the wires down the seat and then through the center console, I would run the wires down the door sills instead....
