I need your comments on if this will work or not.

It bothers me that I cant play dvd mp3s. I have a DL dvd writer and I can fit about 100 full albums on 1 dvd. My home dvd player will read and play them but the N1 will not.  only tested it with a 4 gig dvd though not sure if a dl dvd will work in my home player.

Im going to get this and ad it to the av input

I will have tv tuner and a 8 gig dvd storage and I will be able to keep my navigation dvd in!!!!

I hope this works cause its cheep compared to the pioneer tv and it plays dvd mp3s.

I have tried making a DVD with MP3's several different ways. As far as I know, it is not possible. There is a program out called Audio DVD Creator which will create a DVD with menus to sort through mp3s, but it really isnt that great and you have to play it like you would a DVD movie in AV mode, not MP3 mode.      It sucks because the hardware is capable of playing an MP3 dvd, but pioneer just decided not to write it into the software.

Keep in mind I was buying a second dvd drive just for this reason.  I know that the pioneer will not play dvd mps thats why I wanted to buy the link I showed you.

well my home dvd player will play a 50 album dvd I made with menue and all. So I was thinking  I av mode use this as my mp3 player put in a dl 8gig dvd with 100 albums. then I will never need a changer plus it comes with tv. Knocking out the pioner tv tuner.

I think I have a good find hear I need some advice.

TV tuners are a waste of time if you don't live in a big city. I wouldn't expect anything out of them aside from 1 or 2 local worthless channels. I actually talk a lot of people out of them when they are thinking of getting them. Not to mention the goofy antenna setups they come with.
Does the N2 play the mp3 dvd's that you want? If so, consider upgrading your N1 to the newest software available. Aside from that no real info on the mp3 dvd's but good luck,
Mike
