I pulled the headliner a little bit down and noticed something that looked like an airbag running across it. Not to sure if it is, anyone know. Also with airbags running front to back how should i run the wires going from the monitor to the dvd player under the passenger seat? Thanks

possibly an airbag; side curtain arbags do run along the sides right above the doors; usually look like a log of canvas or something similar.  You can run the wiring above the headliner up to the front pillar and then down the a-pillar right next to the windshield.  This will keep it from getting in the way of the airbag if - god forbid - it should be needed.
Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop and look around once in a while; you could miss it.
