I just did the bypass to my AVic-N2 and I noticed that when circuit city installed the unit in my 2005 CRV the Jack*** didnt install the speed sensor wire or VSS wire I know its meant to give better tracking of the gps I guess they couldnt find it and they just said F*** it needless to say I was pissed that I paid for a half A** job. I read that the VSS wire is supposed to be a blue/wite wire conected near the cruise control vss buttons on the left side of dash but the only way I could see getting to it is by removing the entire bottom of the dash is this trully the only way? is it good to have this wire? please help.

You are right on the color and location of the VSS. The orange should go to the illumination lead on the factory HU. I believe it's red but check it with a volt meter. I'd ask the manager for some of my money back.
There is no such thing as free installation!
