i was wondering do i need to get extra stuff for the install other than what comes in the box?????

you'll need a wiring harness for your car and either crimp caps or a solder gun, solder and tape to connect the two harnesses. Depending on the car you may need to look into buying a double din mounting kit for it. You'll also need a wiring diagram to find the parking brake wire and reverse wire.
What model/yr of car is it?

 i have that what i meant was like a extra part like something for the gps or stuff like that , is a 2005 f150
