I have purchased Innovatek DVD player on ebay. I noticed that they have single Audio output (with left and right channel) as we have in regular DVD players. But how will I connect to it in my Wire Harness. How do I split the audio output of each channel to front and rear speakers?

Best option is a head unit with AUX input for the audio

Can you please explain in detail. I have two Aux inputs, one in the front and the second in the back. How can I use them?

In order to interface your dvd with a head unit with no rca connection is a fm modulator(wired or wireless) that has rca inputs. I am assuming your head  unit is factory with no rca inputs.
