I've been trying to locate the VSS Wire for 99 Lexus GS300. I've also search the wiring diagram and that doesnt seem to work for me. I've also tried this thread for 99 GS400 - https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=76480 . I'm trying to hook up the Pioneer AVIC Z1. Please help.

Speed Sense RED / blue 17 pin plug, pin #11

Notes: Located inside ECU box which is under hood on the drivers side.
