I did the same thing in my 05 Pathy but sent the sound and video signal to a DVD head unit AUX input.  It's really not hard at all.  I've read that the audio/video wiring between the Armada and Pathfinder is mostly the same.  Also, I wouldn't split the factory signal more than once without a video booster, you'll crap out the signal to all the monitors.

So here goes...with all the usuall disclaimers:

1) remove your center console and find the plugs going to the dvd player.   2) reference the jpg attached and find the plug that sends video to your factory monitor (WHITE/ blue and ORANGE / blue on the blue plug).   3) take an rca wire and plug and cut it to length and strip the ends, don't cut the factory signal wires   4) temporarily wire it up the positive and negative side and test it out (if your picture is scrambled, reverse the wires and test it again)   5) once you get a good signal, solder and tape it up and you're good to go.  Happy video viewing.

BTW- Most states have laws against having video in the front seat...it's a BIG no-no!

Let me know if you've got questions along the way.
