06 ford expedition, overhead video

overhead video is is similiar to the exploer it has a fatory sunroof is it a pain to mount the wood to  the factory beam? any suggestions would help thanks

We never use wood. We install a 10 by 16 piece of aluminum to attach every DVD we do....

if your used to doing overhead systems, that car should be a walk in the park.sunroof hole should give you easy acess and room to put something up there to mount it, rather it be wood,abs,or cutting the hole,and using the beam and the overheads mounting bracket. What kind of unit are you trying to install?
