I have a few questions for anybody that has the nax970hd with the max675vd.
1) What can I do with the navigation system while driving? Can I change / look up destinations, or do I have to have the parking brake set?
2) How well does the voice control work? Does it recognize street names, spellings?
3) What is your general opinion of the nav system?
4) How would you rate the sound quality??
I was looking at the Pioneer AVIC-Z1 and the Alpine NVE-872A. The alpine is very expensive and the Pioneer has some serious flaws. I've not read about any deal-breakers with the Clarion combination, and its much less expensive than either of the other two systems. Unfortunately, there is not lots of information out there about this very new system, and it doesn't seem like there are any dealers around me where I can test the system out for myself.
Thanks,
Matt

Havent had a chance to play around with one yet. One thing I do know ia that you absolutely 100% have to hook up the VSS wire to get the navigation to fully work.
