I've been looking for a stand alone Nav unit that I can add to my existing video system for a while and I just stumbled across this...the Garmin GVN52. I'm just curious to know if anyone here has any experience with this particular unit. I know the hand held Garmins are pretty popular and easyto use, aslo seem to be pretty reliable so I'd imagine the same from the GVN52.
Anyone have any comments?

Garmins are by far the best. I have one that still works from back in 98 or 99. I now have the handheld color screen E trex legend . It works awsome has a car kit and you can get memory cards for it so it will hold massive amounts of info.I have a 1gb card with the whole usa downloaded onto it.
