2001 ford escape vss location

hello i have a AVIC-N2 and want to know were is the location of the VSS wire for the 2001 Ford Escape v6 i know that it is gray/black wire but dont know were is the locationVal

"If you have cruise control, this is very easy to find.

Grey and Black wire going into the cruise control module on the passanger side engine compartment. It is right on top toward the back of the compartment with a black cable going to the throttle body of the enging."

Grey and black wire going into the ABS module which is a bitch to get to. Located way down low under the brake booster. Can barely see it. Not sure where the wire harness is located on the unit. According to sources, it is also Grey and Black."

hello i looked on the cruise control  but the cable dont have a gray and black cable going to it can you help me this is the only thing i need and i will be done with my installation on my 2001 ford escape.Val

ramirez, cruise control is on the passenger fender, it is a black box with a cable on one and and a connector on the the other, in the connector is the grey/black wire you're looking for.Shaughn Murley
