i got a new car with the Eclipse AVN5435 in it and i took it into the shop the other day and unpluged my battery. now when i turn on my car the unit asks me for the security cd which i have no idea which one that is because the car has had 3 owners what should i do?

Find an Eclipse dealer.......beg, and pray.....that they might help you get a code. The deck is stacked against you my friend.

k what i was trying to say is that i know i can send it in but i dont want to do that so if anyone knows how to fix this problem so i dont have to send it in that would be great

there is a dealer unlock procedure yow will have to go to an eclipse dealer or you can try to call the 800/ that comes up on screen
