Just got in my first Alpine PMD-B200, put it into the W-205 and it jammed in there and wouldn't release. Tried with a second one, same thing. Alpine tech support claimed I was the only time they heard this. I think the product is defective. Anybody else?

We haven't used one yet and your news is disturbing but yet not shocking.  It's funny how Alpine always says "This is the first we've heard of this",,,when we hear this I picture in my mind, the Alpine Techs sitting in their "Tech Room" with big blue lettering at the head of the room that says"Always,,,Always,,,Tell Dealers we've never heard of this issue before"alpine's blackbird -- posted image.

We did our first one Saturday and had no problems with it.  The mechanical eject button is a littie harder to operate than I like. But it did come out.
