I was trying to find out how to bypass the brake wiring so you can watch video all the time??

The unit has a safety feature for a reason. Bypassing it will cause you more problems than you can imagine.
1) If you are ever in an accident, regardless of who is at fault, you will be held responsible.
2) Most insurance companies will immediately drop you and may not cover the damages.
3) Whoever performed the bypass can and probably will be held liable, and also probably sued by the other party involved in the accident.
Therefore I highly doubt anyone on here will give you information on creating a safety hazard to everyone on the road. My recommendation: Hook it up to the parking brake like it is meant to be.
Edit: I do not know your local laws, but I have researched, and these are how they pertain to New York State. And from personal experience from a friend of mine who was hit when someone blew a redlight, and he was labeled the at fault.
