Hi,
I have a Viper 5901 and everything function is working as it should.
Although every month or so, I would get a 2 way error where the brain does not confirming it's actions on the 2 way remote. The actions are done but the brain doesn't reply back to the remote as a 2 way should.
I would have to "reboot" the brain by disconnecting it from the battery then it'll work for another month or so.
Do I have a faulty brain?
Thanks,
freqsounds

Nope, this is pretty typical of Viper products. The only thing I would recommend is deleting all remotes from the system and reprogram them. The instructions are in the installation manual for the Viper 5901.
No question is stupid or not worth asking. You were once a noob, right? :)
