i installed a viper 160xv into this car and instead of going into the driver door for locks, i used lock and unlock motors and five wired them, well the green white that dei states as unlock only works for driver door. so i found a green yellow and it did the rest of the doors. but the custmoer cam back like 2 hours later and the rear wiper is pulsing with lock and unlock. so i disconected it and put it back to normal but it is still pulsing. any ideas. and everything did work properly when they left.

5 wiring the lock and unlock motor wires is not going to control the factory alarm. If the customer locks the vehicle with the factory remote, or with the key in the door it will arm. When they unlock the car with your remote, the alarm will go off. They won't be happy....
3 ways to do the locks...
1. Run the wires into the door. Its a pain to run the wires through the door boot, but it can be done.
2. Add wires to the BCM to control the locks and factory alarm. I've done it many times. Look here for instructions:

3. Get a databus doorlock interface. You can get the NISSDL from bypasskit.com and it will make the install a lot easier.
