Im installing a Audiovox XRO9100, The instructions ask to connect the Geen wire to IGN2. As per wire any wire chart for a 2005 nissan altima there is no IGN2 to hook up. Can I use this wire on the second starter wire?

No you can not. The 2nd IGN is designed to have (+) output throughout the remote start sequence. If the unit doesn't have a designated 2nd starter wire, then you will need to install a relay.

you should have a extra wire harness for your remote start that has a (-) starter wire output. On the relay connect terminals 86 and 87 to fused 12v (ign harness) 85 will be your (-) starter output from the brain, and 30 will go to your 2nd starter wire

You can use the green output for the 1st accessory and the purple for 2nd accessory if you want everything in the car to turn on....

Do I need to change any of the programing for the green wire(IGN2) to work as the accessory?
