if the relay dosn't click when you put it to battery power

the other side of the coil isn't seeing ground

or you have a bad relay

Let's ignore the relay temporarily.

If you put the brown (ground when running) wire of the PKG4 to ground then try to start your car. Does it start? If so: CONGRATULATIONS! WOO HOO!

If it didn't start, then the relay is the least of your problems. pkg4,need to start to program? - Page 3 - Last Post -- posted image.

Prepare your future. It wasn't the lack of stones that killed the stone age.
