I installed the Magnadyne pl80 in my 96 corolla. The security works fine but the car will not start when activated remotely. It will crank but won't start, I think it doesn't crank long enough to be able to start. Will the Tach input help with this? I am not using it, the remote starter is on voltage sence currently.

yes hook up tach and make sure the rs learns tach, once you learn tach you should not have any problems starting the car with the romote
