i got a 04 grand cherokee with a type c power locks and i can't get them to work this is the digram i am useing

We really can't be clearer than the diagram. The only thing I can say is, don't refer to the colors of the relay wires because it might be totally different from what you have.
Referring to the diagram you have:
The blue wires of the diagram are the pin 30 of the relays.
The red are the pin 87a.
The yellow pin is 87.
The black wires are pin 85.
The white wires are pin 86.

yup
5 amps a piece is enough.....10 amps apiece in a worst case scenario.

To carry these conversations further most door each solenoids draw about 5 amps aftermarket and 4+ OEM add about 2amps for cable and fixing loss and I reckon on max 7.5amps per motor, thus using 30amps per motor is ridiculous even the old Rolls Royce clunkers never used that.
