I'm about to flip my lid.. I just got an RMA'd Crimestopper RS1704TWII back and they didn't program the remotes.. No big deal.. I can program them..
I try to go into transmitter programming (ground hood pin, turn key to ON position, press program button FOUR times) and it will NOT give me the confirmation honk / flashes.. I can go into OPTION programming fine (same as above but 5 program button presses).. I am so f'in mad I can't even stand it..
Does anyone have any ideas or did these monkeys send me a broken unit back?
This is the third time I've had this car because of issues. Someone please... Tell me there is a solution.

Well thank God I had another unit in stock.. Turns out they either sent the wrong type of antenna or a defective one.. This was on an RMA.. I had a broken unit to begin with.. Sent it back, and they sent me back one that didn't work..
Stay FAR FAR away from these monkeys AKA Crimestopper. I have no idea how they've been in business for 20+ years.. They absolutely SUCK. Oh yea.. And the broken "fixed" one they sent me back was the 4th unit in a row I had go bad..
