You might want to check that your DMM is correctly setup and verify you have a proper ground.
Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.

I did find a pink and brown (in plug c4 but isnt the d3 pin - C4 d3 doesnt have voltage at all either) at the bcm that act like ign. wires but didnt hook into them because they have voltage when the key is in the on position like its suppose to but also has voltage when remote starting with no ign. or acc. hooked up from remote starter.

White and WHITE/ black definetly control acc. , ign. , and starter. there is no power on any other wires in ign. harness. (green plug) not sure about all g6 's.

This sounds unusual, but if there's nothing malfunctioning on the car(gauges would be the first place I'd look at if I found this) it doesn't seem like anything to worry about. It's definitely conceivable that starting could be controlled by the white and WHITE/ black MUX wires and the immobilizer receiver.
For your programming purposes, the pink wire which you've found at the BCM would probably be the best choice, since pink is GM's traditional Ignition 1 circuit color.
