navigation not working after reconnection

I unplugged a KNA-G510 from A DDX-6019 and now the navigation does not work. I was working on a customers vehicle (doing a RS) and they ask me if I could fix the deck that was crooked. Whoever installed the deck didn't use the factory brackets and the radio was loose. So I unplugged the radio to attach the factory brackets and to tape the tangle of wires that they left behind the radio. After I plugged everything back in to it the KNA-G510 will not work. The radio goes in to navigation but nothing is displayed. I checked all the wiring and there is nothing loose or broken. ieSpell rocks.

Try downloading the mannual from Kenwoodusa.com, you may have to change the video setting input for nav
