I'm pretty sure those were just rebadged Audiovox alarms.
Any pictures of either the remote or the brain?
It's possible that certain Audiovox remotes would work. There are many used ones on eBay for not too much money.

There are only two different transmitters used. One is for the older stuff , which as Chris mentioned, is rebadged Audiovox. And a different transmitter for the newer HP product. I have multiple transmitters for both systems laying around. The older transmitter has 3 buttons, and the newer one has 4 buttons. If you want a couple, let me know.

I ran into the same problem with an older alarm I had, but by the time I replaced the remote it was just about the price of a new one. So that's what I did which maybe just as cost effective than searching for a replacement.

Heck, I found a smoking deal on an alarm (APS-997N) for just a few dollars more than then 2way remote i was using.
