I put an alarm with remote starter in this vehicle, everything works fine but when the guy puts his ignition switch in the 'acc' position all of the lights on the dash come on as if he were ready to start the truck.I put diodes on the ignition wires from the remote starter and it still does the same thing...please help.

You didn't hook up one of the alarms ing or acc outputs to both the acc and the ign? Also you should check the connections, if you soldered and taped, to make sure that there are no bare wires that could be touching somewhere. Also what type of alarm did you install?

I used a excalibur alarm with remote starter,I had two ign wires from the remote starter and I had to add three relays.I added diodes from each wire off of the relays to power the other ign and acc wires
thanks

Does the lights do that if you were to disconnect the Excalibur system from the harness ?

when you put the relays on the green and orange wires, you have to use a ground off the alarm thats only active when the remote start is running the engine, i had the same problem.....
