The reason your door unlock is intermittant is most likely because of the child safety lock feature on your car

If you lock your doors fromthe switch prior to exiting your car it will activate your child safety feature and should not be able to unlock from switch until a door is opened. this can be overriden by simultaneously sending a negative pulse to the child safety wire(blue/red) the same time as the unlock wire (light GREEN/ red)

Check the output of your parking light output. most likely the white wire is the parking light wire. This is best tested with a conventional test light. set the alarm off and check each wire until you find one that has a flashing output. that wire is your parking light output. make sure that wire is connected to a green wire at the bottom of the fuse box
