Hello everyone,
a quick history of this install,
i installed a compustar one-way on my 2000 durango it lists it as requireing a bypass, my keys arent chipped they are the thin black ones. But in the event it was i used a Fortin CHRDAA which does transponder, door locks and factory security bypass. After the install i test the vehicle with out the bypass and it remotely starts, which confirms it dosnt have a transponder but i do have to bypass the factory security.
Now when i go to wire the data wire from the bypass to the car, it says to use a lt.green /orange wire which i cannot find on the OBD2 plug.
is there somewhere else i need to locate this wire?
Thank-you in advance for the help

i see that fortin's website lists this module as being compatible with that vehicle, but i don't think it can actually do that for you. the reason i say this is because neither xpresskit or idatalink (fortin's competitors) list any modules for that year durango.
i would just use relays with a negative trigger with the follow resistance -
Lock/arm - 647 ohm
Unlock/disarm - 1562 ohm
you'll also need to hookup fact. alarm disarm to your unlock trigger wire and set unlock to double pulse.
good luck!
