i can not think of a way to bench test it.
do it wire to wire mode for now
you will only need to hook up the 12v, negative and the purple obd2 wire of the bypass.
then you can program it with the directions.
after programing then you can strip the blue and Lt green of the bypass.
touch the exposed wire (blue or Lt green) to any ground source on the vehicle and see if the doors lock and unlock.
you will not have to solder at this time if it works then you can solder it.
if you still what d2d then just reset the module and when finished with install reprogram the bypass.
if you know where to get the power, ground should not be hard to find, and the obd2 port with be easy to find.
i bet it would only take 10 min. to test

That will definitely be easy. power and ground will be easy and the obd2 wire will be cake.

Thanks for the tips. For that little amount of work, I will test it this weekend and see what happens.

Just thought I would come back and close this out.
Installed the alarm and remote start finally.
The DLPKGM worked perfect. I did flash it with an XKloader before installing. Everything worked D2D and I was able to program everything to work right.
There are some options that can only be programmed with a bitwriter so I am considering having a local shop program those for me or possibly (if need be) buy a second hand bitwriter to do it myself.
Overall happy with the Viper 7902 except the range is not as good as I would like, at least in the neighborhood. Will test in a parking lot when I get a chance.
