Try leaving the black or BLACK/ gray RAP shutdown disconnected and see if that fixes your issue. It sounds like the RAP shutdown off the DB-All isn't working anyways so you probably have the wrong connection.

So just completely disconnect it and see if your problem continues.

Okay I just got everything working properly now. There actually wasn't anything wrong with the wiring, just a setting with the viper. I changed the setting on the ign controlled dome light from on to off. Problem solved. Thanks everyone for the suggestions
