The caption for the next to last picture gives the details on the Parking Light resistor.
5k Pot thats a great idea to find resistance. Wish known value would work but oh well. Is the 1N4007 across 85 and 86 to clip coil spikes?

Are you sure you looked up the right vehicle?  Here is the one-wire lock info :

http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp   Your Clifford
system has on-board relays, so follow the Type H diagram ( similar to Directed
451M module Type H wiring ).

Yes, the H3/5 Yellow wire would go to the  IGNITION 1  BLUE (+) 16 Gauge wire  @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

For vehicle wiring, here are some sources :

Yes the correct vehicle was selected 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4dr. and Bulldogs diagram shows isolation diodes for all 4 doors. This diagram applies to my vehicle right?

Yes on the relay coil quenching diode.  Don't want the flashing parking light  relay to generate a jolt back to the R/S brain and kill it.

Yes.  While it is a generic diagram, it is applicable to your truck.  Just locate the correct wires and connect to all four trigger wires giving the R/S a single door trigger input.

The diodes prevent ( isolate ) one door's open signal from feeding back to the other doors and making the truck think all four doors are open.

Soldering is fun!
