I installed a viper 500+ alarm in a 2003 ford f150.I hooked up a relay for domelight supervision which is working.When i arm the alarm i get one chirp followed by another chirp and the led will flash 3 times stop and instead of a constant flash .Any thoughts on why this is happening.

The dome supervision delay is causing the alarm to think a door was left open. That is what the second chirp is for. It should still protect all zones of alarm after the dome light shuts off.
