Same as running the power wire to the battery (hope that is what you planned to do anyways)

Are you saying to run the ground to the negitive terminal of the battery? That's what I'm thinking.  Thanks

Well I had my sights set on a single 4ohm NOS8 Bazooka Tube to sit in the back of my truck, powered by a MTX 311D

 RMS at 12.5v = 100 watts x1 into 4 ohm load

Dynamic at 14.4v = 155 watts x1 into 4ohm load

The guy I just talked to at Fry's Electronics (Where I just got a job in a different department  = mad discountz) suggested I go with 2 Kicker Comp C10's running off that amp.   I thought maybe going to 2 Kicker Comp C12's instead being that they are rated for 150 rms, and 300 peak...

My question is..  am I going to get better sound with the amp I have running 2 C12's or 1 NOS8 Bazooka Tube? or.. 2 C10's? Thanks

personally i think you would be better off with kicker than bazooka. plus using two subs in stead of one gives you a +3db increase, of corse the 12's or 10's will be louder than the 8 if used in proper enclosures and at the proper power levels.
