Also in that Diag there are 2 12+volt inputs on the alarm brain and they only supplied me with one red wire and from the looks of the picture it should be a 1 red wire that split into 2 red wires for the 2 12+volt input on the alarm brain. Should I leave one off or splice a wire into that red wire

There are 3 red wires for this Alarm/Remote Start. 2 12+ volt inputs on the remote start portion, and 1 12+volt input on the Alarm portion. I just hooked up this alarm in my van, so if you have any specific questions about this system, maybe I could be of some help.

you do not have to hook up the starter kill relay, just attach the ground when armed wire from the alarm module to the ground when armed wire on the window module. usually both these wires are orange but the relay is not neccessary.

the starter kill relay is not neccessary as mladams said.........BUT.....it is very highly recomended. not only does it prevent the car from being started when the alarm is armed.....on a remote start alarm it acts as an anti-grind circuit and keeps you from grinding your starter if you turn the key to far after a remote start.
if its jammed force it - if it breaks in the process it needed to be fixed anyway
