Anybody know if you can add an aftermarket radio to an IS300 and keep the factory changer?

Nope. The only cd changer you can retain is in a honda/acura if you use an alpine radio and you have to change a couple of wires in the din cable.

We do a lot of factory cd changers using aftermarket head units using Peripheral pieces. Just curious to see if any other interface companies made a piece for Lexus/Toyota.

OK, where are the ones that go from aftermarket radio to factory changer? All the ones you referred to go from factory radio to aftermarket cd changer.
