If you can't understand the following, you shouldn't be installing an alarm:
"I think what he means is you cut the starter wire in half, and connect the purple to the side that goes to the starter motor, and connect the green to the side that goes towards the key.  "
If you still don't get it, start calling around for shops before you blow up your car.

I'm sure if you had a picture, it would make perfect sense.  I know english isn't your first language, but I'm not sure how to explain it any easier.  After you cut the starter wire, you'll have 2 ends.  Connect the purple to one end (the one that leads towards the starter motor), and connect the green to the other end (the end that leads towards where you put the key in the ignition).

ok, make sense now, so after I cut it, do I need to hook both ends back?

for the neutral safety wire, where do I ground that to? i read the wiring diagram and it say BLACK/ blue wire, but it didn't say where, I been looking at the shifter, but don't see any BLACK/ blue wire.
