1985 grand Marquis subwoofer setup

i have an old 1985 Grand Marquis and i would like to a row of 10 inch woofers where the spair tire and jack goes what i wanted to know  does anyone out there no if i put them up there in slot would i get great sound out of it. b/c there is alot of space in the trunk but i feel if i'd put subwoofer in the main part of the trunk all the bass will stay inside that part of the car !!!

Low frequencies have the longest wave lenght, so dont worry about not hearing the subs.
In most applications pointing the subs towards the back of the trunk has a more desireable effect. If you can, build a box and experiment with different positions, I would avoid having them firing directly into the cushioning of your back seats.
