Steven, you just screwed up the balance of the sub, now one is going to be heavier than the other and will lag behind because of the increase in mass due to the glue and the second dustcap. dented dustcap - Page 2 -- posted image. Maybe it will make that dustcap even stronger and can take a head on collision with a screwdriver much better next time.dented dustcap - Page 2 -- posted image.

The mass difference will be so small that I highly doubt it will be audible.  The tolerances between the two drivers will probably be more significant than this.

But I'm guessing by the "wink" that you are kidding.

2 words "Duct Tape". If that doesnt work try some 3M interior/exterior double sided foam tape found at home depot heat the tape up a little so it sticks well with a hairdryer. Use the hairdryer to  heat up the dust cap just a little and it should pull right out

I've put in my signature on other forums that I run dual isobaric Brahma 10's as a joke.  But I don't think anyone got it yet (I'll explain if you need me to).

Well the Brahma 10 requires a tiny enclosure.  In fact, I run mine in a .36 cube enclosure.  The only point of running subs isobaric is because you halve the enclosure size that is required.  I'll let you figure the rest out. dented dustcap - Page 2 -- posted image.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
